Slastna in tako preprosta fokača / Delicious & simple foccacia

⎨SI⎬ Krajši dnevi in posledično daljši ter mrzli večeri ne kličejo le po udobnih in toplih oblačilih, temveč tudi po “udobni hrani” (comfort food angl.). Mednje seveda spada tudi tale odlična fokača, ki bo polepšala večere ob družabnih igrah ali filmski večer pod pleteno, volneno dekico. Kar vam bolj prija.

⎨SI⎬ Recept za focaccio (za okrogel pekač, premera približno 22 cm)

Sestavine

  • 500 g moke
  • 300 ml vode
  • 1 vrečka kvasa
  • 2 žlici olja za kvasni nastavek
  • 2 žlici olja za foccacio
  • 1 žlička soli
  • 1 konzerva Natureta omake za pizzo
  • 125 g mozzarela

Postopek

  1. Najprej naredimo kvasni nastavek: zmešamo toplo vodo, kvas in 2 žlici olja. Pustimo 10 min na toplem.
  2. Moko damo v večjo skledo, dodamo kvasni nastavek ter sol. Vse skupaj zmešamo z mešalnikom, z nastavki za testo.
  3. Skledo pokrijemo s prozorno folijo ter kuhinjsko krpo ter pustimo na vzhajati na toplem 1 uro in pol.
  4. Ko je testo vzhajano, da damo v pekač. Na grobo ga raztegnemo in dodamo 2 žlici olja, ter s prsti naredimo vdolbinice.
  5. Tako pripravljeno testo pustimo še pol ure do eno uro vzhajati.
  6. Pečico ogrejemo na 200 stopinj.
  7. Testo premažemo z omako Natureta omake za pizzo ter dodamo mozzarelo.
  8. Pečemo 25 – 30 minut.
  9. Foccacio obogatimo še s svežo baziliko.

Process

  1. Make a yeast mix: mix warm water, yeast and 2 tablespoons of oil. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
  2. Put the flour in a large bowl, add the yeast mix and salt. Mix everything together with a mixer, with dough attachments.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic foil and a kitchen towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour and a half.
  4. After rising, place the dough to the tin and roughly stretch it. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and use your fingers to poke deep dents all over the dough.
  5. Leave the dough prepared in this way to rise for another half an hour to an hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  7. Spread Natureta pizza sauce over the dough and add the mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Enrich foccacia with fresh basil.
