Recept za grahovo juho
Sestavine
(za 6 oseb)
- 1 čebula
- 2 krompirja
- 1 manjši brokoli
- 1 žlica olja
- 500 ml jušne osnove
- 3 x Natureta grah (200 g)
- 300 ml kokosovega mleka
- sol po okusu
- popečeni šampinjoni po želji
Priprava
- Sesekljamo čebulo.
- Olupimo krompir, operemo brokoli ter ju narežemo na manjše kose.
- Na olju popražimo čebulo. Dodamo krompir in brokoli, posolimo, zalijemo z jušno osnovo in kuhamo 20 minut.
- Dodamo grah ter kokosovo mleko ter pokuhamo 5 minut.
- Uporabimo paličini mešalnik, da zmešamo juho do gladkega.
- Po želji dodamo na maslu popražene šampinjone.
Pea soup recipe
Ingredients
(6 portions)
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 500 ml of soup stock
- 3 x Natureta peas (200 g)
- 300 ml of coconut milk
- salt by the taste
- roasted mushrooms as desired
Preparation
- Chop the onion.
- Peel potatoes, wash broccoli and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Fry the onion in oil. Add potatoes and broccoli, salt, pour over soup stock and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add peas and coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Use a stick blender to mix the soup until smooth.
- If desired, add butter fried mushrooms.
