Pecivo iz zardelih marelic / Blushed apricot cake

Retro pecivo, še iz kuhinj naših babic, ki se meri kar na lončke. / Retro coffee cake, which is measured with plastic yogurt cups.

Marelice, tako sončne in zardele v lička, kot bi bile zaljubljene in pecivo, ki je tik tak zmešano skupaj, sta odlična kombinacija za posedanje na vrtu s prijateljicami in kramljanje o lepotah življenja. Bodisi ob kavici ali pa kar ob kozarčku omamnega roseja. Naj se vsaj za dobro urico življenje malo upočasni, tematik za ženske pogovore nam ne bo zmanjkalo, sploh pa ne gremo nikamor ob taki imenitni potrežbi. Opravki bodo pač počakali. Praznujmo, ta trenutek je naš!

In če bo vse lepo in prav se bomo tudi me počutile fino, z zardelimi lički in cvetočo dušico.

Apricots, sunny and cheeky blushed, like they were in love and quickly mixed cake base are the perfect combination for garden gathering with my besties, chatting about the beauty of life. Either with coffee or with a glass of scented Rosé. At least for a good hour life should slow down a bit. We definetely won’t run out of topics and the errands will just have to wait. Let’s celebrate, this moment is ours!

And if all goes well we will feel pretty fine, with blushed cheeks and blooming soul.

⎨SI⎬ Recept za mmmarelično pecivo

Sestavine za en pekač za pito

  • 1 lonček grškega jogurta (ki ga potem porabimo, kot merico za nadaljne sestavine)
  • 1 lonček kokosovega sladkorja
  • 1 lonček bele moke
  • 1 lonček mandljeve moke
  • 1/2 lončka olja
  • 1/2 lončka Amaretta
  • 1 jajce
  • 1/2 vrečke pecilnega praška
  • 7 zardelih marelic

Priprava

  1. Vse sestavine, eno za drugo zmešamo v homogeno zmes.
  2. Zmes zlijemo v prej namaščen pekač.
  3. Pečemo na 180 stopinj / 35 minut na srednji rešetki.
  4. Nekje na polovici peke odpremo pečico in pecivo pokrijemo s folijo, da ne počrni.

 

⎨EN⎬ Recipe for quick apricot coffee cake

  • 1 greek yogurt (we use plastic cup to measure other ingredients)
  • 1 plastic cup coconut sugar
  • 1 plastic white flour
  • 1 plastic cup almond flour
  • 1/2 plastic cup oil
  • 1/2 plastic cup Amaretto
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder (aprox 6 g)
  • 7 blushed apricots

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients, one by one, into the homogenic mixture.
  2. Add mixture to the baking pan.
  3. Bake on 180 degres / 35 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes open the oven and cover the pan with foil, that it doesn’t burn on top.
